1. Insufficient oil, the following treatment measures can be taken
1) if there is any abnormality in the oil pipeline, the air should be fully extracted.
2) if the oil cooler is soiled, the cooling effect will be reduced, resulting in insufficient cooling oil. Please clean the cooler in time.
3) when the filter element is dirty, the element should be replaced.
4) when the oil ring bearing is used, the oil level meter shall be applied to detect the oil level and observe the normal operation of the oil ring from the observation window.
5) in the rolling bearing, overheating occurs due to insufficient grease or excessive filling.
When replenishing grease, it is good to remove the original grease and replace it with a new one.
Its dosage is appropriate to occupy nearly 2/3 of the fan bearing box space.
2. Poor selection of oil quality
Non-conforming oil quality or deterioration is one of the causes of overheating, oil should be used fan manufacturer recommended oil quality.
When changing the oil quality, you need to study carefully before using it. In addition, the replacement of oil standards, should be oxidation degree, viscosity, viscosity index, degree of dirt as the benchmark, make a rough standard is appropriate.
